Exchange and cancellation policy
Exchanges
At Mimowa, we do not accept exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow our standard return process. You can return the item you have, and once your return is approved, you can place a new order for the item you want. This ensures a faster and smoother process for you.
Cancellations
Cancellation Policy: You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it without any charges. Please contact our customer service as soon as possible at support@mimowafashion.com to initiate a cancellation. If your order has already been processed or shipped, you will need to wait for the package to arrive and then follow our standard return process.
Change of Mind: If you change your mind about your purchase, we recommend contacting us within 24 hours of placing the order.
Important Notes
Once an order is successfully cancelled, any charges applied to your original payment method will be refunded. Please allow up to 10 days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
