REFUND POLICY

Important: Please read our return policy carefully. No exceptions will be made, as you agreed to these terms upon purchase.
Unauthorized Returns: Returns sent without prior request and approval will not be accepted, and you will forfeit your right to a refund.
Deadline: You can return your product within 14 days of receipt. If more than 14 days have passed, unfortunately, we cannot provide a refund or exchange.
Conditions: Your product must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. For products where hygiene is essential, they must be carefully cleaned before starting the return process.
Exclusions: Certain products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, such as underwear, lingerie, tights, and certain health products. These items are excluded from returns.
Procedure: If you wish to return a product, please send an email to support@mimowafashion.com with your order number, the reason for the return, a photo of the product in case of damage, and your contact details. We have only one return address in China, so returns sent to any other address will be refused and will not qualify for a refund. Returns sent without prior notification will be considered invalid.
Returns at Your Own Risk: Please note that the return of products is at your own risk. The company is not responsible for lost parcels or those held at customs during the return process.
Tracking (Track & Trace): Your return must include a tracking code (Track & Trace) that you must share with us. This allows us to confirm the receipt of your return at our warehouse, after which we will immediately process your refund. Without a tracking code, we cannot locate your shipment, and your right to a refund will be voided as we cannot confirm your order was returned.

REFUNDS

Procedure: Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 30 days.
Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund after 30 days, please first check your bank statement. If it’s still missing, contact us at support@mimowafashion.com.

FEES

Return Shipping Fees: All customers are responsible for shipping costs for returns. We recommend sending your return parcel with tracking (Track & Trace) as we cannot be held responsible for lost returns. The product must be returned to China.

EXCEPTIONS

Defective Products: If you received a defective product, we will always send you a new product free of charge.
Order Cancellation: Orders cannot be canceled after being placed due to our automated system.
